7 homes sold on Folly Beach in September 2012, bringing the year to date total to 85.  This pace continues toward a strong yearly number of property sales.  It seems like demand is returning and sales are getting back to normal.  There were 74 sales at this time in 2011.

The 2012 year to date average sales price on Folly Beach is $480,015 which is up 10% from 2011.  The median sales price year to date is $425,000, also up from 2011.  There has been a sale over $900,000 in every month since April 2012, showing there is demand for high-end properties.folly_beach_now_marshfront_homes
