Sunset Point

On the back of the west side of Folly Beach is a residential neighborhood known as Sunset Point.  Many of the homeowners are year round residents and there is a voluntary homeowners association to keep up the pride in ownership of the neighborhood.  Everyone knows their neighbors and life is a little slower in this area.  It is a great place to raise kids and own pets without the dangers of beach traffic.  The beach is a short walk away, but most owners enjoy a golf cart ride in order to bring the cooler and chairs along.  Some of the homes have deep water Folly River access.
