The home is not governed by a homeowners association so there are no monthly regime fees. Maintenance will be the responsibility of the owner. The two biggest assessments will be Charleston County taxes and insurance. The taxes for 2008 were $2150 and were taxed at the primary residence rate. If the property is non-owner occupied, taxes will be higher. The insurance has an annual premium of $10,000 covering all flood, wind/hail, and homeowners insurance.
